PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet rich plasma is a thickened platelet concentrate containing growth factors released in consequence of platelet degranulation, such as: PDGF, TGF, VEGF, EGF. Growth factors play an essential role in the healing process by stimulating the growth of various cells, including fibroblasts, osteoblasts and endothelial cells. PRP injections bring excellent results in the treatment of many burdensome diseases, such as:

Advanced LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM ultrasonography – (joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, hip assessment in newborns and infants (from 2 to 6 month of life), peripheral nerves, cysts, ganglions, small locomotor system structures) The use of HD Color Doppler application, useful in differential diagnosis of the locomotor system.
