We offer blood, urine and stool sample tests, as well as culture tests, without the need to wait in line and present a doctor’s referral. The material is collected on Saturdays, from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Woman's Health Package

A comprehensive check of essential parameters of woman’s health, including:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Sedimentation rate; the speed at which erythrocytes settle down in the test tube. An inflammation marker
  • Glucose; fasting glucose level
  • Lipid profile; LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, lipid metabolism assessment
  • A TSH test is used to evaluate the thyroid function
  • FT3; hormone produced by the thyroid gland
  • FT4; hormone produced by the thyroid gland
  • LH; a pituitary gland hormone regulating the secretion of progesterone in females and testosterone in males,

  • CRP; a protein indicating an acute inflammation in the body, with a differentiation between bacterial and viral infections
  • Glucose; fasting glucose level
  • Urea, secreted by the kidneys, may indicate renal function impairment
  • Creatinine, responsible for normal kidney function
  • Total calcium ensures bone stability and normal muscle and nerve functions

Thyroid

Tests used to diagnose thyroid diseases, including:

  • A TSH test is used to evaluate the thyroid function
  • FT4; hormone produced by the thyroid gland
  • FT3; hormone produced by the thyroid gland
  • The antithyroglobulin antibody (TGAB) count used to diagnose autoimmune diseases of the thyroid gland
  • Anti-thyroid peroxidase (TPO); the antibody count used to diagnose autoimmune diseases of the thyroid gland
  • Thyroglobulin is used to diagnose and monitor the therapy of the thyroid gland cancers

Anaemia Package

Tests used to evaluate the haematopoietic system function, including:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Ferritin; a protein indicating the amount of iron stored in the body
  • Transferritin transports iron in the blood and may be used to determine iron deficiency
  • Iron, which participates in oxygen transport

Healthy Heart Package

Tests used to evaluate kidney function. The package includes:

  • Lipid profile; LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, lipid metabolism assessment
  • CK; creatine kinase, an enzyme used to detect a myocardial infarction
  • CK-MB Mass isoenzyme used to show the heart function

Healthy Liver Package

Tests used to detect liver function disorders. The package includes:

  • ASPAT, found in liver cells, may indicate the presence of liver diseases.
  • ASTL, found in liver cells, may indicate the presence of liver parenchymal diseases
  • The total protein test monitors all proteins found in human body
  • Total bilirubin indicates a level of the bile duct patency and is a sign of liver function
  • Gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) may indicate liver injury caused mainly by medications or excessive alcohol consumption
  • Anti-HBs is used to confirm contact with the hepatitis B virus
  • HCV antibodies confirm contact with the hepatitis C virus
  • Alkaline phosphatase may indicate the bile buildup in the hepatic ducts

Healthy Kidneys Package

Tests used to evaluate the kidney function. The package includes:

  • Urea, secreted by the kidneys, may indicate renal function impairment
  • Creatinine indicates the filtration rate
  • Uric acid used to diagnose gout
  • Urinalysis

Rheumatic Diseases Package

These tests are used to detect the cause of muscle and joint pain, diagnosing rheumatic diseases and inflammation:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Sedimentation rate; the speed at which erythrocytes settle down in the test tube. An inflammation marker
  • Uric acid used to diagnose gout
  • ASO; diagnoses of scarlet fever and diseases caused by streptococci, such as tonsillitis
  • RF stands for a rheumatoid factor, which is a sign of inflammation
  • CCP antibodies used to diagnose rheumatoid arthritis
  • CRP; a protein indicating an acute inflammation in the body, with a differentiation between bacterial and viral infections

First Trimester Mama Package

Laboratory tests recommended mainly for women in the first trimester of their pregnancy. The package includes:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Glucose; fasting glucose level
  • BhCG for early pregnancy detection and further prenatal care
  • Progesterone; a hormone essential for maintaining the pregnancy
  • Anti-HBs is used to confirm contact with the hepatitis B virus
  • HCV antibodies confirm contact with the hepatitis C virus
  • HIV is used to confirm a HIV infection
  • WR (Wassermann reaction) is used to detect a syphilis infection
  • Toxoplasma IgG and IgM antibodies are used to confirm an infection with the Toxoplasma gondii virus
  • Rubella IgG and IgM antibodies are used to detect a rubella infection
  • Cytomegaly IgG and IgM antibodies are used to detect a cytomegalovirus infection

Second Trimester Mama Package

Laboratory tests recommended mainly for women in the second trimester of their pregnancy. The package includes:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • The oral glucose tolerance test, used to diagnose gestational diabetes. It is conducted in the following manner: the first blood sample is drawn fasting. Then, within 5 minutes, the patient is asked to drink a glucose solution. Further blood samples are collected after an hour, and then after another hour. The patient is required to stay at the clinic and refrain from any physical activity, as it may affect the test results.

Third Trimester Mama Package

Laboratory tests recommended mainly for women in the third trimester of their pregnancy. The package includes:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Glucose; fasting glucose level

Diabetes Package

Tests used to diagnose or monitor diabetes. The package includes:

  • Glucose; fasting glucose level
  • Lipid profile; LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, lipid metabolism assessment
  • Hba1c; glycated haemoglobin, used to diagnose diabetes

Oral Glucose Tolerance Test

The test is performed in patients with abnormal glucose blood levels and at 24-28 weeks pregnant. It is conducted in the following manner: the first blood sample is drawn fasting. Then, within 5 minutes, the patient is asked to drink a glucose solution. Further blood samples are collected after an hour, and then after another hour. The patient is required to stay at the clinic and refrain from any physical activity, as it may affect test results. The test is performed in the morning ONLY.

For Vitamin Drips

Prior to IVNT administration, each patient is obliged to undergo the following blood tests: FBC, sedimentation rate, albumins, ASPAT, ALAT, GGT, creatinine.

A £30 deposit is required.

Sports Package

This package is recommended mainly for competitive sportsmen and includes:

  • Oestradiol; a hormone from the oestrogen group, determined in endocrine disorders
  • FSH; a pituitary gland hormone determining the secretion of oestrogens; used for diagnosing endocrine disorders
  • LH; a pituitary gland hormone regulating the secretion of progesterone in females and testosterone in males,

  • Cortisol; often called the stress hormone, it has an anti-inflammatory properties. It also retains salt in the body and influences glucose blood levels.

This package is recommended mainly for competitive sportsmen and includes:

Parasites Package (Blood Tests)

This package is recommended mainly for people who want to check the potential presence of parasites in their body.

  • IgG Antibodies against Echinococcus multilocularis (tapeworm)
  • IgG (IIF) Antibodies against Giardia lamblia (giardia infection)
  • Roundworm (Ascaris lumbricoides)

Western Blot testing for Lyme Disease

A test used for qualitative identification of antibodies against Borrelia, which includes 18 bands in total.

Coeliac Package

Tests conducted to detect coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. All tests are performed only if the patient still eats gluten. The package includes:

  • full blood count; most important parameters include red and white blood cells, and platelets
  • Sedimentation rate; the speed at which erythrocytes settle down in the test tube. An inflammation marker
  • CRP; a protein indicating an acute inflammation in the body, with a differentiation between bacterial and viral infections
  • Tissue Transglutaminase (TTG) IgA and IgG; an enzyme responsible for protein post-translational modifications
  • IgA and IgG anti-endomysial antibodies - depending on exposure to gluten
