She is a graduate of the Medical Academy in Wroclaw. In the years 2001 – 2019 she worked at the Clinic of Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology, as a dermatologist, but also as an academic teacher. She conducted classes in the field of dermatology with Polish and English-speaking students and was also a teaching assistant for English-speaking students.
In 2005, she defended her doctoral dissertation on aspects of the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis, one of the most common allergic dermatological diseases. In 2019 she received a postdoctoral degree.
She is particularly interested in aesthetical dermatology, dermatological allergology and acne.
She is a member of the Polish Dermatology Society and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. The author of many publications in Polish and foreign literature, including in such fields as: atopic dermatitis, skin cancer, seborrheic dermatitis, psychodermatology, psoriasis and many others. Co-author of books and textbook chapters.
Author of many lectures for doctors in the course of specialisation in dermatology and other fields of medicine. Participant of many dermatological conferences in Poland and abroad. She constantly broadens her knowledge during training and specialist courses. She has certificates for all treatments performed.
He started his professional career in 1980 at the Institute of Obstetrics and Women’s Diseases of the State Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin, where he obtained his second degree of specialisation and defended his doctoral thesis as a consultant.
In 1990 he left to Africa. For the first two years he worked as Gynaecology and Obstetrics Consultant at two hospitals in Luanshya, in the north of Zambia, and then left for Botswana, where he worked as a Specialist at Princess Marina Referral Hospital in the capital of Gaboronie. Whilst there he was a Team Leader of the UNICEF-sponsored Safemotherhood program, he trained doctors and midwives in the treatment of perinatal complications.
In 1996 he returned to Poland. Whilst working at the Department of Family Medicine at the Medical Academy in Lublin, he collaborated with the Reproductive Clinic.
Caithness General Hospital in Scotland and Blackpool Victoria Hospital in England are other places where he gained experience.
From 2008 to 2012, he stayed in Spain. La Real Foundation Hospital de la Reina in Ponferrada, Castilla Leon province (founded in 1492 by the Catholic Kings to help pilgrims going to Santiago de Compostela) is the place where he organised and led the Department of Surgical Gynaecology.
Due to the bad economic situation in Spain, he was forced to leave. He returned to Poland and, like in Ponferrad, organised, and ran the Surgical Gynaecology Department in Opole Lubelskie for 3 years.
Since January 2015, he has been working in UK NHS hospitals.
Dr. Grzegorz Sianos is a consultant for hand surgery at NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. He is on the GMC Register of Specialists.
Dr. Sianos is a graduate of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, In the years 1999-2004 he worked at the Municipal Hospital in Zabrze as a senior assistant, specialist in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology, and then specialist in the field of medical rehabilitation. In the years 1999-2004 he ran the Outpatient Hand Surgery Centre in Zabrze.
His doctoral dissertation “Clinical and densitometry evaluation of late results of treatment of the distal radius fractures in women” was successfully defended at the Medical University of Silesian in Katowice in October 2002.
He completed specialist training in hand surgery in Poland, as well as in German hospitals in Hannover in 1995 and in Bad Neustadt in Bavaria in 2003. The C.M.Kleinert Institute scholarship in the USA in 2004-2005 allowed him to obtain the European Diploma of Hand Surgery in Lausanne Switzerland in 2008.
His role in the hospital is to lead the hand surgery team. It deals with all aspects of adult hand disorders and diseases, both of traumatic and non-traumatic in origin, offering outpatient and surgical treatment.
Since 2007, he has treated most of the complicated injuries to the wrist that came to him and referred from other hospitals.
In collaboration with the NHS of the Western Islands, he has developed a unique video hand surgery clinic based on the Attend Anywhere platform, aimed at efficient use of the hospital capacity, focusing on the patient’s well-being, and reducing treatment costs. This project significantly improved the accessibility of consultation to patients in the West Islands.
His clinical interests include the treatment of osteoarthritis (arthritis) rheumatoid arthritis and traumatic sequel. Dr. Sianos has experienced in the surgical treatment of scaphoid fractures and non-union wrist degeneration, as well as surgical correction of traumatic wrist and forearm deformities. He has uses 3D computer modelling for forearm deformation surgery and offers joint replacement treatments in cases irreversible damage to the joints of the wrist, hand and fingers.
Dr. Sianos is involved in the evaluation and treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve compression syndromes. Dr. Sianos extensive experience in Dupuytren’s disease covers both clinical and scientific aspects. In his career, he has dealt with cases of varying severity, including very complex revision operations. He has used collagenase injections, transdermal release with needles, and surgical techniques involving skin grafts. He has treated over 1000 patients with Dupuytren’s disease.
Dr. Sianos scientific activity focuses on wrist and scaphoid fractures and Dupuytren’s disease.
During his ten years of medical and legal practice, Dr. Sianos wrote over 800 expert opinions in his specialised field of traumatology and orthopaedics. They cover both personal injury cases and complex clinical negligence lawsuits.
In addition, he has experience in drawing up insurance reports and assessing health detriment.
Dr. Zelinski graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice.

Since 2004, he has been employed at the University Hospital in Norwich, UK. He then worked at the Brighton University Hospital, UK. Since 2010, he has been a Genecology and Obstetrics Consultant and Head of the Urogynaecology Department at the University Hospital, Scotland.
He is particularly interested in minimally invasive surgery (both laparoscopy and hysteroscopy), urogynaecology (treatment of prolapse and urinary incontinence) and treatment of perimenopausal disorders.
In 1997 he defended his doctoral dissertation on risk factors in urinary cancer in the aspect of continuous hormone replacement therapy.
