Treatment techniques used

Dr. Jacek Dygut, MD, currently focuses mainly on the use of minimally invasive interventional regenerative and reconstructive procedures with the percutaneous technique under ultrasound guidance, i.e. needling, incisions, scarification, release of adhesions, release of calcium deposits from tendons and bursae, and additionally administration of platelet-rich plasma to degenerated joint cavities and inflamed bursae and tendon sheaths.

The essence of this approach is to accelerate the healing process and eliminate inflammation in the treatment of pain with limited mobility of joints and extra-articular tissues. Very good results are obtained in the treatment of degenerative disease and post-traumatic changes: shoulder girdle, elbow joint, small joints of hands, wrist, hip joint and its vicinity, knee joint, sacral spine, ankle joint and foot.
